Job Position: Receptionist/Administration Officer
Job Description: Abu Dhabi - A reliable Receptionist/Administration Officer required in a company based in Abu Dhabi. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Answering and directing incoming calls if necessary. Performing all clerical administrative roles related to the reception like filing, photocopying and transcribing. To ensure that all reception area is tidy and presentable with stationery and materials at all times. Responsible for receiving and distributing daily mails or deliveries to staff. JOB REQUIREMENTS Applicants should be with at least 1 year experience as a Receptionist/Administration Officer. Must have a bachelors degree of Administration or related field. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Must be self motivated, punctual and have the ability to work autonomously. Should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. BENEFITS Salary 7000 AED.
