Job Position: Sales Coordinator
Job Description: Mindfield Resources - United Arab Emirates - Job Description Our client: A sales distribution company in UAE. Your Role: To provide the necessary support to the Sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers by providing feedback, documentation, and information. The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Skills Must Haves: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, baby or children industry is a big plus. Excellent knowledge in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), ERP, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. Open, communicative, proactive, well organized and multi-tasking. Responsible for handling orders, updating clients on the status of orders and keeping them informed on the new product. Excellent communication skills in English.
